"If I don’t do my job well, plague can spread, trade will be unattainable and 1000’s of citizens will suffer. This is the life of a Roman Engineer. My society is constantly striving to improve our understanding of engineering and conquer the elements. We want to defy the barriers that nature throws our way. We will tame the barbarian world that surrounds us.
With every project, I endeavor to leave my mark on this generation and those to come. My grandchildren’s grandchildren should be able to point at a magnificent structure and say “he did that”.
